2 cups diced raw potatoes 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 16 oz skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut ibto 16 pieces 1 can Healthy Request Tomato soup 1/4 cup Kraft FF Italian dressing
Spray a crockpot with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Evenly arrange potatoes, carrots and celery in crockpot. Sprinkle onion over top. Place chicken pieces evenly over vegetables. In a small bowl, combine tomato soup and Italian dressing. Spoon mixture evenly over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Gently stir before serving.
