Italian Sauteed Spinach
Prep and cook: 7 minutes Ingredients: 1 Tbsp extra virgin oil 1 Tbsp pine nuts 1 (10-ounce) bag fresh Spinach salt and pepper, to taste
Steps: - Preheat large saute pan on medium-high (2-3 minutes) - Place oil in pan and swirl to coat. - Add pine nuts, spinach, salt and pepper. Cover and saute 2-3 minutes until spinach is tender, stirring often. Serve.
