2 cups FF small curd cottage cheese 2 cups FF grated chedder cheese 3 eggs or 3/4 cup egg substitute 3 tbsp flour 32 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and water squeezed out) Salt, Pepper, Mrs. Dash to taste
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a 9x9 baking dish.
*I count 1 point for the flour
