1 head cauliflower, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder (or normal chili powder for less heat) 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 put cauliflower in a big baggie, add oil. Zip closed and shake to evenly distribute oil. Combine spices and add to cauliflower, close bag, shake. I cook this in a 9x13 baking stone, a baking sheet should work. Bake until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

I am not sure... I think you would have to thaw it first. It would be worth a shot.

i've made this with fresh cauliflower with the addition of a small amount of panko (japanese bread crumbs) and baked it at a high temp. comes out crispy on the outside & soft on the inside !! served with FF sour cream - yum, yum, yum !!
i want to try it with zucchini sticks too.
i would be afraid that frozen caulif would be too mushy - but worth the try !!!

I tried this the other day. It was the best tasting cauliflower I ever had! I'm not much of a cauliflower fan, but this was really good!

I went to the Asian Market to buy some panko and decided it was not core, had palm oil etc. You counting points for it and how much you think?

These are FAB. I made them as originally posted, with regular chili powder and without the panko. Thanks for posting!

Really good. Even my DH, who isn't fond of cauliflower, liked them. Thanks, Melissa!
