I recently discoverd a new way to get in my 2 tsp healthy oil. I put a ripe banana in a bowl and mash it. I add 2 tsp canola oil. 2 tsp Splenda and 2 tsp hershey's cocoa. (not CORE but that small amount is zero points). Microwave 30 to 45 seconds and stir again.
It reminds me of licking the beaters when I used to make bwornies.
