cook polenta as usual - I do 3/4 cup cornmeal into 1.5 cups boiling water. Simmer and smooth. Add spices to it, and then if you want a bit of oil.
Then smooth it all out on a cookie sheet pretty thin and bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 375. Oh before you put it into the oven, sort of perorate where you want the crackers to be. Bake and it will curl up a bit and get really crispy. Serve with avocado and ff sour cream with salsa. Ingenious

this sounds great. I made home-made polenta for the first time last week. It was so much better than the store bought. What spices did you use?

I just threw in a mixed spice sort of chili like spices. Then I made the guacamole and dropped salsa in and then sour cream. It was good and these things are really crispy.

this sounds terrific. i have just become a polenta convert. made a polenta enchilada cassarole the other nite and had to force myself not to eat the entire pan! i've never made polenta from scratch altho i do cook a lot will try these chips thanks
