Garlic-Sizzled Mushrooms
1 tsp. olive oil 5 cups quartered fresh mushrooms, about 1-pound 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/8 tsp. salt 10 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 cup beef broth Freshly ground pepper to taste 2-T. chopped, fresh parsley
1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with pam, add oil, and place over med.-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, crushed red pepper, salt and garlic, saute 3 mins.. Reduce heat to med. Add broth and black pepper, cook 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley
