Cucmber/yogurt dip
1 cup fat free plain yogurt 1 cup peeled seeded and diced English cucumber 1/4 cup chopped green onions 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Makes about 2 cups
