Laura's CORE Chicken Salad
2 skinless chicken breasts, cooked, diced 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/4 tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp paprika 1 Tb. lemon juice 1/3 c fat free mayo salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
