-Mix it with fruit and cereal for breakfast -Put a warm baked apple on top (it's delicious) -add it to vegetable soup mix for a dip

My favorite: Vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, splenda
Other extracts are good, too, depending on what flavors you like.
I don't mind spending a few points for some crunch, and will add 1/4 oz of sliced or slivered almonds, 2 tbsp of grape nuts (though I'm not sure if grape nuts meets the new definition of a core cold cereal, in which case you can add it without having to count points)
Fruit and cooled off oatmeal are actually very good with yogurt, though I confess it didn't sound at all appealing when someone told it to me. Frozen berries with oatmeal and plain yogurt set up overnight in the fridge comes out like a cheesecake-y flavor.

Oooh I just created my new favorite yogurt ever:
1 cup plain nf yogurt 1 packet Splenda 1 splash sf vanilla syrup 1 dollop of sf ff maple syrup shake of cinnamon
Voila! Cinnamon vanilla maple yogurt! It is Teh Yum! ;D
