Over at the WW boards we can easily post and change our stats. Here we can get a little more creative! Go to tickerfactory.com and choose WEIGHT TRACKER. It guides you step by step in making one (there are about 80 designs to choose from). Then post the URL of the finished product into the signature box in your profile for this board using this code:
[ img ] URL [ / img ]
DO NOT use any spaces like I did above.
Any problems post here and I will try to help!

Highlight the first address they give you and copy it to the signature box in your profile using the code :

DO NOT use any spaces like I did above or it won't work.
