I did SO badly this weekend i'm not even going to journal it. I dont know what happened - ok I do know - I HAD A BINGE FROM HELL! But here I am - I'm back and today's a new day. Here's to an OP week!
Monday No breakfast- not hungry lunch - Core 3 bean chili snack attack - 1 chicken strip and 6 crutons

Hippie -- you are doing great, keep it up - this weekend must have been the binge weekend - everyone got the memo I see - LOL ;D
Just one question....why no breakfast? You really don't feel like eating until lunch?? Seems like you skip breakfast a lot. There are a lot of people who don't like breakfast and obviously you are doing well without it, since you are Lifetime and still losing toward your personal goal....but I just thought I would ask because breakfast is very important! I know you write you're not hungry, well then have something small, preferably a protein, to get your metabolism started for the day. The thing with Core is they do say to eat only when hungry but I feel the same way, I am never really hungry, for any meal, and esp. not breakfast! But eating at least 3 meals a day is good for your body. Just MHO....you can take it with a grain of salt but watch the margaritas! ;D

Actually its usually only when I get slammed at work and don't have time to eat - Im not a big breakfast person and so I have to forceably remind myself to eat in the mornings. I have an 18 month old daughter so eating at home is out of the question - I'm doing great to get to work on time as is ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) I have got to do better about fixing my oatmeal or bringing fruit in case I don't get around to the oatmeal. I work at a hospital so eating while working can sometimes be difficult. Thanks for the concern - its good to see someone checking up on me

8/30/06
Breakfast - Oatmeal
Lunch - 2 boca burger patties
2 hershey kisses
Supper mandarin orange chicken salad from wendy's with ff dressing (but I at the almonds - woops)
Then I had an incident with the peanut butter - I'd say about 4 tbsp or so were inhaled in about 3 seconds flat. Dont know what happened - had a weak moment.
