Hey there. I wanted to apologize for choosing the same bluebird as you. And to say hi. And, now that I've read your big post, to say, first, what a bummer, and after, try making exotic iced teas with herb and flavored herb teas. That's what got me off tea, but hot isn't as good as cold, for me. I have a huge stock now and pull out one green tea, which, even though it has caffeine, I drink for the health benefitrs and a flavored herb tea with. I pop both bags in a liter bottle of hot water, and I have a liter of tea to take to work every morning. Good luck with all the changes you are going to have to make.

Thanks Kasha, its a cool bluebird isn't it? Its funny when I first saw one of your posts, I was reading and thinking, "I don't remember writing this!" and then realized it was someone else. I do love red zinger iced tea, although I usually only make it in the summer. I have a nice organize green tea w ginger, and a soothing chamomile w slightly lemon. Hey Wildflower, thanks for stopping by. I love visitors! MONDAY BreakfastNone - upset tummy. These heavy-duty antibiotics are rough, but its making it easier to eat only mild foods. Lunch2 poached eggs rye toast (pts) apple juice (pts) DinnerOatmeal w blueberries & banana ww english muffin w honey (pts) SnacksSoy cheese yogurt w rasberries

Cyclesister! I went throug the exact same thing a few years ago. Endoscopy, pilori, and everything! I cut out the coffee and went on Prilosec for about 2 months and that seemed to nip it in the bud. It was a major bummer while I was dealing with it. My stomach hurt all the time which made it hard to read my own hunger signals. Just wanted to let you know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I miss onions too. Are you allowed to "sneak" some onion powder onto things? It helps me even though it isn't quite the same...

Cycle, just checking in and hopping your tummy is feeling better. DH has acid reflux but his symptoms improved tremendously after having his gal bladder out. Hope to hear from you soon. Take care Katie.
