Yes I do, daily. I got a real good tip off the Carbohydrates Addicts diet book, weigh yourself every day, at the end of the week average all 7 days together to get an AVERAGE for the week, instead of just a single number. I like doing this and it gives me a truer picture of whats going on. I still go to meetings, but sometimes that catches me on one of my higher weighing days.

now that I go to WW once a month to WI since I am lifetime I weigh myself once a week @ home no more then that no need to drive myself crazy w the ups and downs of the scale

I weigh daily at home - it keeps me in touch with where I am and what adjustments I need to make in my eating plan. I consider it to be feedback on how I'm doing.
I also weigh weekly at meetings.
oops - I just noticed that this is the Maintenance/Lifetime Board. I'm 9 pounds away from goal, so I'm not quite there yet.
