Was that the name of the recipe or the name of the critter that became the recipe?

i'm guessing that's a slang name for the food from that creature---if i look up guinea pig in my spanish dictionary i get a different word. but sort of like getting pork from pigs or beef from cattle. One gets cui from guinea pigs.

Yeah, it's probably slang for "deep fried thing with beady eyes." Ick.

I have been lifetime and on maintenance for about a year now. I too set my goal on the high side and am staying about 5 lbs below it. I reasoned that I would have 5 lbs "to play with" because with flex I could easily gain/lose those pounds in a few days. Now on this program that fluctuation does not occur. For me this is the way to eat for the rest of my life. I love being able to drink milk without using my "points" Did you all see the new guidelines that came out today? Is it my imagination or is it not CORE. Do you think WW had privvy to that info before it was published?

Nowhere close to goal, but wanted to say hi to M&M (Moonie and Monica the Maintainers) and wish all of you continued success.
I'll probably scan this board periodically just to help me get in the right mindset to do this for life.
Have fun!

"Moonie and Monica and the Maintainers." Now THAT sounds like a punk group even more than "Kippy and the Henchwomen."
By the way, Jojo, I keep wanting to ask you what in the heck your ticker is supposed to be. It looks to me like an intestine and an ulcer. Is that what it's SUPPOSED to be?

Ooooh Ooooh!!! I have a guess! I think Jojo's ticker is white beans and a muffin!!! A big 'CORE' muffin! Am I right?

Okay, thanks for the explanation. I figured you were trying to make some kind of statement, but couldn't quite make it out. I guess that thing in the middle is a muffin, although it's awfully small.

kathleen, it's not just that the muffin is soooo small...it's that beans in it seem sooooo BIG! ;D
