Kalyana, welcome! Looking forward to more posts from you.
Tumbleweed, up at the top click "special forums." From the main page you can see how the threads are organized. Just go to the recipes sections and browse around. Good luck.

Re Welcome: What a find. I have only "played around with Core" for a little whiel. I know from my body that this is the best eating plan for me (I feel so much better) - I do however have a quantity problem. I am ready to tackle this starting NOW. Thanks for the help

Hi everyone! As you can see, I am a Newbie to this board and to the CORE system (although I have done WW Flex plan in the past). I recently had a baby and I really need to shed this weight. Thanks for creating such a great space, Kippy!

Welcome to Nancy and Berta and Brooklyn!
The board has been a little low key of late but there really is a bunch of supportive and helpful people doing Core here. Life gets so busy for everyone but ask your questions, share your successes and struggles and post when you can! The Challenge area is usually the most active so c'mon over there!
Again, welcome aboard!

I'm very happy to have found this site. Finding the recipe for Shepherd's Pie was worth the time to register. Thank you! In my meetings I usually felt like I was the only Core person and my leader was always talking up Flex. Thanks again!

I am so glad to have found this site. The extra support is such a great motivator. Thanks to this site I have managed to lose 7 lbs in my first 4 weeks. I don't think I would have been so successful without all the great recipes and suggestions. Thanks to all !!!
